Returns Policy

IN STORE purchases

We accept returns on full price items within 7 days of purchase for exchange only, provided proof of purchase is presented, clothes have been unworn and original tags are attached.

Refunds are not provided for in store purchases, unless in accordance with Fair Trade.

Sale Items: Please choose carefully. We do not provide exchanges or refunds on sale items purchased in store, except in accordance with Fair Trade.

ONLINE store purchases

We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order for items purchased from the Bounce ONLINE store, provided our online returns criteria are met:

  • Full price items purchased online may be returned for refund or exchange.
  • Sale items purchased online may be returned for exchange only, unless faulty or not as described. 
  • Final Clearance Items - no exchange or refund unless in accordance with Fair Trade. 
  • Items must be returned new, unused and with all tags attached or will be returned to sender.
  • Returned garments which are damaged, soiled or altered will not be accepted by Bounce Sydney Pty Ltd and returned to sender.
  • Return postage is the responsibility of the sender. A $10 postage fee will apply for exchanges being sent via post. 
  • For faulty or incorrectly sent products, Bounce will happily cover the postage for dispatch of the return and replacement item(s).

Bounce reserves the right to inspect returned items and deny return or exchange of goods if found to be damaged or not in resalable condition. To avoid this, please remove jewellery before trying garments on and leave all tags attached until you are happy with your purchase.

To return an item, follow these steps: 

  • Email the online team at shop@bouncesydney.com for a Return Authorisation Number (RAN). Please include your original Order Number in your email. 
  • Include the RAN that we send to you and post your item(s) to:

  • We recommend you use trackable, registered or insured post or courier as Bounce Sydney Pty Ltd does not take responsibility for loss of items being returned.
  • Once items have been received by us, please allow 3-5 business days for the return to be processed.

Please note: Bounce stores cannot process refunds in stores for purchases made online. Once you have received a RAN, you are welcome to return your online purchase to any Bounce store instead of posting it, and it will be handed over to our online team to process.
